If you do not agree to these terms, you should immediately cease using the application and delete it from your device.
1. Acceptable Use of the App
You agree to use Noor al-Dhikr solely for personal, non-commercial, and educational religious purposes. You must not:
- Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any portion of the application.
- Use any automated system or software to extract data from the application.
- Interfere with or disrupt the performance of the servers, databases, or third-party ad/authentication services.
- Utilize the application for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
2. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Donations
We offer premium features (Go Premium) via auto-renewing subscriptions and consumable donation tiers:
- Go Premium Subscriptions: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis and remove ads, enable offline audio, and support direct app development. Payment is charged to your Google Play / Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration period (monthly or yearly) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Renewal Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Subscription Management: You can manage your subscription details, toggle auto-renewal, or cancel at any time directly from your Google Play Store / Apple App Store account settings page after purchase.
- Donations: Consumable donation tiers allow you to send direct one-off support. Donations do not grant subscription privileges unless explicitly stated.
- Direct Bank Transfers: Where supported based on location (Pakistan), direct bank details are displayed as a manual alternative. We are not responsible for any issues resulting from direct bank transfers; payments are settled offline between the bank networks.
- Cancellation & Refunds: All purchases and subscription charges are non-refundable through the developer; refund requests must be initiated directly through the respective Google Play or Apple App Store billing platform support.
3. Disclaimers and Accuracy
While we strive to ensure that all prayer calculations, Hadith citations, Tajweed tutorials, and location-based details are correct, the application is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of geographic location features, sensor compass directions (which can be affected by device hardware issues or local magnetic fields), or notification delivery times which may vary based on system battery-saving controls.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer, Muhammad Naeem, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this application.
5. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the application after changes are published signifies your agreement to the new terms.
